Where's the enterprise plan?

There isn't one. TinyCase is built for a couple of tickets a week, not a support floor — the 10-staff limit is a promise to small teams, not a missing feature. If you outgrow us, we'll be glad for you.

What happens when my trial ends?

If you subscribe, nothing changes. If you don't, your org drops back to the free plan — your cases, customers, and docs content all stay put, and everything unlocks again if you upgrade later.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. It's a branded contact form, an inbox, and email notifications — a complete tool for taking it from there in your own email client. No time limit, no card required.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Anytime, from the billing portal in your settings. Stripe prorates the difference.

Do prices include tax?

Prices exclude tax. VAT, GST, or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your location; EU businesses can enter a VAT ID for reverse charge.

How do I cancel?

From the billing portal, in two clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the org moves to the free plan.
